Tracker Sales Ltd. is currently located in Bowden, Alberta, Canada which is 60 miles North of
Calgary, and 20 miles South of Red Deer, on Highway QE2. Highway QE2 is the second
busiest highway in Canada. According to the 2007 Highway Transport & Infrastructure Report,
there are approximately 10 million motor vehicles travelling past our front gate annually.

To date we have sold four hundred and fifty nine (459) service rigs, thirty-three (33) drilling
rigs, eight (8) coil tubing rigs and twenty-four (24) Swab Rigs plus all related equipment. We
buy and sell rigs and equipment on a daily basis. This is what keeps us abreast of current
market values. We have done appraisals for all the major banks and have also acted as a
receiver for the Royal Bank as well as the Credit Union. Our appraisals are used for evaluating
equipment by all Banks in Western Canada.
In 1985, Kent Kinder, in partnership with Meier Auctions of Lacombe, AB, put together the
largest two day oilfield equipment auction in Canada to date. Kent was interviewed on CBC
Radio across Canada for this achievement. Selling was done for TD Bank, Lloydminster, AB;
Royal Bank, Wainwright, AB; Drake Well Servicing, Lloydminster, AB; Cool Well Servicing
Ltd., Red Deer, AB and One Tree Well Servicing, Brooks, AB just to name a few. The sale was
held on Highway QE2 at Lacombe, AB. We had 21 service rigs with derricks standing up and
all related equipment.
However, our main business and focus of appraisals is to do with company sales whether as an
asset sale or an operating company where, for what ever reason (health, finances, partnerships,
marriages, etc.), the business needs to be sold. This is where Tracker Sales Ltd. shines, as we do
the appraisal, list the company or assets to be sold, then offer the company or assets to our
potential buyers (the list of which over the last 29 years has become extensive). Tracker Sales
Ltd. does not advertise other than by word of mouth and through our website. Our buyers and
